The homeowner wanted the property restored to estate-grade standard and kept there.

A Renovation Before the Maintenance
Before taking on day-to-day care, our team worked through the existing landscape plant by plant. We removed what had outgrown its place, replaced tired material with stronger selections, and rebuilt the flower beds so the color, shape, and structure all read as intentional again. The boxwoods came back into line, the approach regained its symmetry, and the beds around the reflecting pool were reworked to frame the water instead of crowding it. By the time the renovation wrapped, the landscape looked the way a property of this scale should.
